Dang. Went to get on my bike today (TSDZ2 with open source kt-lcd3) and the temps are instantly saying they are over 100C jumping around..
Is this likely water in the LCD or the motor housing? i have opened the motor housing and the wires around the temp sensor all look dry so im a bit confused...
Having some problems with a mad chirping sometimes squealing squeaky sound… took it apart and regreased and refit and was fixed for 5 miles but then returned but worse.. have tightened the cranks, may have over tightened when refitting and pulling the crank arm on I went and sheared the 8mm...
Thanks I missed that.. how do I get it past the err lil torque sensor wires and lil mount thing with 2 screws?
Desoldering the only way? Worried about overheating, desolder the other end? Could snipe wires n solder them after so heat is away from the sensor.. but I don’t know how...
Hi before I ‘just go at it’. Anyone posted before about removing and changing this bearing? Seems to have gone rusty.. rust was coming from one of the screws on the other side of the sensor and I thought it was the screw but it’s come from this bearing which also seems wobbly.
I am struggling...
Awesome, i was wondering whether that would be possible instead of making a complicated little water cooler; i will bug you in 60 days for that write up!
Only joking lol, but it will be cool to see how you did it. And that'll be in time for next summer so perfect
Timing. Literally been researching pc liquid cooling style methods of cooling. I was thinking of 3d printing a water jacket with thermally conductive filament.
How are you running the coolant around inside? My brain hurts just trying to work out which way up the bike is in tht photo lol
Found an eBay with a selection of greases available in the uk. https://ebay.co.uk/usr/cbennissupplies
But it’s my first time servicing my tsdz2 (which am glad I chose to do so because the grease has seen better days), didn’t think about the complexities of grease lol.
Which grease do I need...
