I dont have the money for Lithium . packs are currently 2x10amp each side wired parallel, so 2x10, x 2 at 24volts for 20 amps. I can get 4 - 15 amp agm chrome batts for 100 shipped and just use longer bolts in case to make it work.

Thinking of puting 2 chrome gel cell 15amp in the packs for a combined 60 amps at 24 volts. Do ya'll think the stock speed control can handle the amps?

Kit is in and it's working fine. Waiting on two 15 amp sla batts to come in , and a 4 amp charger, then will raise the deck like electrogod did.

I desperately need help with my Currie Phat flyer. Think I need a new motor as the speed control may be toast. Nobody has a new motor in stock as they are ancient. Do you know of any source or are willing to wire mine for external speed control?

Looks like my speed controller may be shot on my ancient Currie Phat flyer. Need Advice on testing the internal speed control, motor, or where to find a new or used one. Anyone install a external speed control? Everyone seems to out of any internal speed control brushless motor that will work...
