Great build! Had fun reading through. But I have a couple of questions; How does it look now? What milage you get from the batteries? How hard is it to mount the moto tyreon the back?

I also agree with bolts/ rivets and structural adhesive in gaps/ overlaps. Aston martins are put together that way and they are meant to go 200mph.

what about buying prefabricated CF tubes? As far as I remember they are not too expensive. Acounting for materials and labour you might be saving money long-term. Using Balsa or expanded polyurethane as the base is also a good idea, :bigthumb:

@overclocker - I seem to have missed it, but what is the total weight of the bike? Fantastic build and process, I especially enjoyed how this project evolved, and you were not afraid to circle back and redo a part of the bike. Takes huge guts! Well done :bigthumb:
