Hi all, Today i was going to try to change a few settings, but the controller won't accept the password. I have used this code every time. In the manual it is written, that i need a mastercode. Where I get thisone? Or can i reset the controller to access it again? Thx for help Josef

Maybe its easier to buy at local Dealer http://www.goldenmotor.com/contact/dealer.html. If you add Customs duties and shipping fees the price is not any more good. I have the 5 KW Motor with a Max-E Controller. The original HPC 300 burned due to unsufficient cooling. But it was a good combination.

A few month ago i have converted an Piaggio Ape 50 Trike with 280kg deadweight and 500 kg total grossweight. Top speed is 45 km/h. I took a Goldenmotor HPM5000 with a Max-E controller. Max battery current is 80A at 50V. The Original Goldenmotor controller burned out. Thats more then enough...

Than i try following pin assignment at the male plug: Pin 1 Brown Pin 2 Blue Pin 3 Black Pin 4 White Sounds logical. But who knows. Can something get damaged if the wires are wrong connected?

Guess you miss understand me. I did'nt mean to operate the Motor in reverse Mode. I need a function to drive my Trike forward and backwards. Its very inconvenient to go through the Menu to select the "reverse shift" Or do we mean both the same?

Hi all, I hope someone can answer my question. My Controller are burned out and i need a new one. Can i drive with the Adaptto backwards? I mean just to push a switch and it goes backwards. In the Manual i couldn't find anything. I need it for a Trike.
