Thanks - I think I will just make a quick connect for the positive going into the controller and unplug it when ever I charge - I will also put a fuse on the charging port, as you suggest, and directly connect that to the positive on the battery - bypassing the main fuse going to the controller. Hi, I am new here so sorry this might be a simple question - My new controller does not have a port for charging so I will have to directly connect a charging port to the batteries. my question is in the attached drawing. Thanks.
