Thanks a lot for the reply.
Can I say that if I have a controller along with this 2Kw motor @ 72V.
A
2Kwh with a 3C
1Kwh with a 3C
Both will work on the same motor with variation on speed and range, without affecting the circuit.
Sorry, I might sound dump :(
Is it correct to say that :
If 2KWh (72V-28Ah) gives me a range of 100 Km and 60 Kmph Top Speed (2KW Motor@72V).
Then 1KWh (72V-14.4Ah) will give me a range of 60 Km and 60 Kmph Top Speed (2KW Motor@72V)..
That means the range approx. reduces to half with the same motor and top speed.
Please...
Yes eee291, that is what I did with my past experiments, but this time its a bit different for me :(.
Thanks larsb, I am attaching a screen shot of the excel.
Meanwhile interestingly I found a approach to get this right. I used the 'motor move signal wire' which is integrated in the anti theft...
Yes I checked , it says ‘single line transmission signal (white)’ in the excel I received from vendor. In the wiring diagram you shared earlier it says ‘ISDN (white) communication signal. :(
Thanks but there is only a single wire (grey/purple) connector coming from the harness. But I believe for a lock we need atleast two one for B+ and other for grey/purple. Am I correct ?
I am using a Votol EM-100 Controller with 2KW motor. I have connected the controller, throttle wire and the battery. But the assembly is not running. There is one wire in the documentation by the name 'power key lock ' do I need to connect this to test the motor. It would be great if you can...
Hi All,
I am technology enthusiast working on a electric scooter 72V 24Ah.
Can somebody suggest the basic/minimum instruments required to test the battery and controllers.
If possible can someone suggest at least the best voltmeter for this application.
Thank you in advance.
Hi,
Thanks again eee291, appreciate it. Sorry for my late replies been busy with my first prototype.
The Bluetooth BMS thread is helpful, I will surely create a thread though.
Currently I will be using a outsourced battery pack with 20S protection circuit.
Thanks.
Hi,
Thanks eee291, appreciate it. This is really helpful.
I am looking for a off the shelf BMS (which can be programmed and connected to an IoT platform).
Can you please guide me on this. Also if there is something for a custom connected dashboard (which can be used for the electric bike to...
