Sounds like somehow you got your phase wires out of order. Go back and double check that your phase wires are connected properly.

We just had a morning quickie......And what would you guess is just a mile or so west of Windsor Hills? Why that would be the Inglewood Oil Fields. Hummmm......Facking anybody?

Several layers of shrink tubing from the connector to an inch or so beyond the spot where the solder wicked into strands will suppress the movement that might cause the strands to fail. I have done that with good success. It might take a modest amount of thought and planning if the shrink tubing...

I find 5.5mm bullet connectors to work very well for my 30 amp 10AWG silicone wiring setups. Have not had anything close to failure with them.

Not to mention knowing just where to drill the hole in the concrete wall, and what channel to jam for the wifi alarms and such. (Locals had been having wifi trouble all weekend.) An inside job for sure.
