    Update: I made some changes. I scored 2 of those 47AH FOMOCO 12s batteries from BH last Fall. Basically the same size as the SPIMs but 3 times the capacity.     Looking back on the pictures, there aren't any after I welded the holes closed. When I decided to start cutting I knew I would not be riding motocross or doing any serious jumping with it.

    YZF 2007 Electric conversion

    I went by the guess and check method when I did mine. Ended about .002" to .003" under actual sprocket dimensions. A snug fit, but still will come off without a press. Very nice CAD work!

    It was tough to get everything to fit! Just keep cutting until there is enough room, while still keeping most of the rigidity... BTW 8.46:1 ratio so I get about 53mph before it cuts out(6000rpm)

    Update! Finally got the 260 after waiting for 6+ months. It barely fits under the seat, with some plastics modifications. One thing to note is the Battery positive wire does not go to the B+ terminal on the controller, it goes to the red terminal! Kind of illogical, but it wont work if...
