Well its hard to say what it could be..sometimes u just have to drive it till it breaks...🙂. U know ,im having trouble also with my scooter...i added dual motors and dual controllers and 1 day just mashing the full throttle for a few lights when i got home my motors started making weird noise...
Halls are good i tested them...
I looked around for shorts dont seem to find any ....

If the watt meter is working as it should...and its truely pulling 250w...something is really bogging down ur motor...like its being forced more than normal to spin...
Have you opened up your hub motor yet? Just keeps sounding like something is rubbing espcially under load....maybe something inside miss aligned or needs a little shaving somewhere....

That my friend is a mechanical noise...it sounds right at the start(you can barely hear it) and gets louder as u pick up speed.... Dont know what it is but its mechanical.
Well i swapped the dual controllers for a good working single and the problem persisted...its not the dual controllers...i opened up battery and peeked inside to look for faults. And nothing...so ..my friends....i belive the hub motors went south....man ..that sux...
Home made stand up scooter. 52v 28ah battery ...dual 1000w tx 10" hub motors. I purchased dual 1000w 35amp one throttle controller kit from ali express and ...so today i took it for a ride everything was good until on my way back took the street full throttle ...and when i got home i noticed...
My hub motors shake, rattle when i hit full throttle....and my battery was @ 30 perc. Does this mean my battery too low to power both or even 1 motor????? On single motor it was slower than normal..........i need your feed back guys.,thanks.
