I just can't believe this is the only one....And it must be aluminum but will it fit a single speed bicycle chain?
Now I need to get serious about finding a hard steel idler and ball bearing to fit. I found one on amazon but they drilled the hole to the wrong size. 5/8th inch OD [sold as a motor bearing] is 15.9mm OD. Oh sure just drill out the sprocket to 16.01" if I could afford such a large bit.

The camera's contrast adjustments was way off so I saved them to my computer to adjust them. Hope the rest of the photos are still available. This is such an excellent bike.
It's really a bummer to see the photos disappearing from these pages. I will try to find some that I had saved to my computer. But I don't have them all. If Miles has them hopefully he will"attach" them.
Rear rebuild for strong motor
By the time I had the wheel built I realized that the rear frame had pulled over to the right side [possibly due to the motor, but I think it may have been the welding process without an armature]. I had to move the rim [of an old wheel I used to use on this bike]...
