No principal differences. STM32F303RET6 include all the STM32F303CCT6, plus extra components.

Thanks for answer. As I know, the only differences between STM32F303CCT6 in your design and STM32F303RET6 in Nucleo-F303RE are memory and pincount sizes. It could not be the reason.
