The solution was finally simple. I connected yellow wire of CA-DP plug to one of three hall sensors of Cromotor. Pole Count setting on CA setup was set to 16 poles. (My Cromotor V2 has 16 pair poles.)

Hi Zappy, thanks for your comment! Very nice! My friend has realized modification according to your instruction already (without fans). It seems to be very efficient as overheating problem and better torque. What battery are you using? LiPol or LiFePo?

I will fit my new Cyclone 1680W motor to my bike. Motor is designed for 48V nominal. I speculate about 3 serial 6S LiPol i.e. 66,6V nominal and 75V max. Will motor survive? Or I have to use 2 serial 6S LiPol i.e. 44,4V nominal and 50V max ONLY? I want max power ... :-) Thanks for your comments...
