    HALL fault on SVMC 48080

Hi all I've bought a Sabvoton SVMC48080 from the guys at QS motor (siaecosys). When I connect a QS 205 35H to it and do the hall angel test I get HALL fault. If I turn the wheel by hand, I get HALL fault. - the controller sees all hall sensores in the HALL status in the windows app. Now, if I...

Cycle Analyst V3 preview and first beta release

Are you sure that it's my file that you looked in? I've just opened the one that I send you and this is what it says. Am I looking the wrong place?

OK, when I give it full throttle the S flag gets big and when I return to main display the kph "sign" is flashing. But as you can see in the file, when I'm preset #1 there is no speed limit. So what gives? When "Input Throttle Mode" is set to bypass, it just revs and goes. When it's on...

    Bouncing rear wheel.

I'll try that, I'm at 2,3bar right now. I'll try a combination of the suggested answers. I already tried some tuning but it didn't help, but it's good to hear that their might be a solution. Thanks, I'll keep this thread updated when I try out the different combinations.

    Bouncing rear wheel.

Just had the entire swinging mechanism disassembled, no signs of binding were to see.

    Bouncing rear wheel.

My suspension has a rebound nub I'll try to dampen the rebound and see if it helps. The suspension is the one on the picture, blue nub is compression, red is rebound speed. Tension on the spring can also be adjusted.

When I learned that I starts at #2 regardless I figured that it indeed is easier to switch the presets. Thanks for the insightful help!

Cycle Analyst V3 preview and first beta release

I've got a CA3 Rev.3 It had FW 3.0 AFAIK. reed switch is NO and is wired up to POT and GND. I chosen Analog AUX settings as 2-Pos SW controlling presets. Just tested and yes it starts on #2, I just assumed it to start on #1 because that what I set it to. Is there a way to change this? So a NO...

I dunno how, but got it working! Updated to 3.12 ... wow such settings much different! My old settings were erased so had to start from scratch :( I'm stuck at the AUX settings, I can see that it's a bit different and I'm now stuck. This is what I had going before the FW update: I've got a...

    Bouncing rear wheel.

It sure is a heavy rear wheel, 21kg assembled  But I guess that motorcycles and scooters also have a lot of this unsprung weight :? There must be a golden unsprung weight to sprung weight ratio that I'm unaware of

Cycle Analyst V3 preview and first beta release

So I got the "Unable to communicate with the Cycle Analyst in a timely manner." problem, and was happy to read that CA3-12 could fix this. But when I try to update I get this: I know that the cable works because I've been able to update the firmware when I first got the CA. The cable is from...
