Just saw this being launched by Watt Wagons
https://wattwagons.com/collections/labs/products/bafang-ultra-with-archon-x1-labs-edition
Looks like they are offering Bafang Ultra with 3000W nominal, 4000W Nominal, 5000W nominal !
There are a ton of disclaimers and no warranty...
I am curious...
Just saw this ..

3000, 4000, 5000W .. ha ha ..
Looks reasonable for an entire motor, but looks like no warranty. haha ..
What have you bought from them ?
If you have bought anything, are singling out WW but not other vendors for the same thing, then you have an agenda.
Here’s what you need to do
1. What other vendors sell the same pack and claim 1100 wh? Luna does from your post. Where is your post about Luna...
Hey everyone. I just ordered the upcoming WW Superbike, and though it is not popular, I wanted to post my learnings as we go along.
Here are some specs for it (Copied from the website here- https://wattwagons.com/products/founders-series-superbike-ultimate-commuter-pro)
Motor - Bafang Ultra...
Is Watt Wagons offering a controller-only upgrade? Looks like they offer it as part of the motor right now.
If the performance is as good as you make it out to be, it will be a worthy upgrade. I wouldn't mind spending if it gives my bike a new life. Looks like if it ships to Germany and back...
I just saw that Watt Wagons is selling custom Ti frames. Definitely expensive, but if you are looking for quality, that appears to be an avenue.
I am not sure if they will be selling frames for their upcoming Ultimate Commuter Pro superbike, but I would ask them.
I opened my M600 to re-grease but stripped one of the pin connectors. Can someone please tell me what they are called please and where can I find them please? They don't appear to be JST (or may be they are but a special type).
Help please.
I have a BBSHD controller cable that I want to shorten so it doesn't stick out - there is very little room in the FS frame to ziptie it.
I can definitely cut/ splice the cable to the right length - Is there a recommended Male-Female connector that I can use] instead of using electrical tape...
My $0.02 here - I spoke with another supplier and looks like Bafang has told them that the firmware and ports are evolving, and to expect updates. I asked for additional details but that is all they got. This particular supplier is hesitant to sell the M600 system right now.
I am guessing it...
I see a bunch of posts around parts for the Bafang Ultra - how real is this issue ?
How many failures have people seen with the Ultra ? The answer is probably non-zero, but with motors (even BBSHD) , do users see a large amount of maintenance and need for spare parts ?
Curious if people have...
Dude, you are a hero. I know.. sorry if I got carried away. I read your post history earlier - clearly know your stuff.
My argument was about the proprietary stuff.. I am for open platforms... i dont like proprietary stuff and between Juggernaut and Stromer, I htink the Biktrix is cheaper TCO...
Agreed neptronix. I think Mac motor is also a great recommendation. Do you know if there is a provider out there who sells complete mac motor ebikes ? Is the Juiced a mac motor or a bafang one ? I am not sure if they are the same or similar.
I would go for the juggernaut as well. I like Stromer and the ride cannot be compared, but IMO with hills and stuff, you are better off with an open platform like Biktrix. the only thing proprietary is the battery - just buy another one spare in case you ride in cold weather.
