TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Exact same issue. I did the operation in 2020 or 2019 and it worked great. With a newer 850C display (for another bike), the bootloader worked fine, but no image when booting the screen. There might be a hardware update on theses display. Not sure if we could rely on theses anymore provided new...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Hi, I used STM32 ST-Link Utility (windows) which detected the chip (seems soldering is ok on programming pin at least). Btw, I was just seeing your Sweet Curry cargo bike. I pick the Kombi version from yuba either (few pictures: https://lubin.kerhuel.eu/post/motorized-kombi-bike/ ; 1200 Km...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Hi, I fried a 850C display due to wrong manipulation. Anyway, It seems the uc is the fried part. I did not find an exact replacement for the GD32F103RET6 (with 512kB size). I pick a STM32F103RETb and solder it to give it a try. Programmer detect: Device ID:0x414 Rev Y Device flash Size ...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

short report: With 0.6.4,I has a surprising issue: at startup the system did not start. The 850C is waiting forever for the motor. I could start the 850C menu, but I could not see any input from the motor (PAS, torque, speed...) - Reset the 850C to original value did not helped - Reprogramming...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Regarding Torque sensor calibration, I fixed my issue which was a misplaced point within the 850C interface. I am now running with the 0.6.4 firmware which works great, more sensitive; well done! I modified my calibration curve to ensure a minimum slope to limit the sensitivity of the inverse...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

The new firmware with the human and motor watt showed is a cool feature for learning. Thanks @Casainho and co. for all the work done. I calibrated my torque sensor with fw 0.6.2. However I sometime encountered issues while testing with the new calibration enabled (superman watt, and motor...

3d printable battery mounts for ebike Recumbent conversions

Hi , Looking at the way you attached the TSDZ2 to the frame without using using the TSDZ2 sandwith system which is not compatible with all frames. How did you adjust parts to make theses firmly attached ? don't you get any slock ? Btw, not sure I can reach such design. I am thinking about...
