Even with a self build in the UK, if you use all new parts and can show the receipts you can register as a new build. This also means that you don't need an MOT test until the vehicle is three years old, from it's date of registration.
The equivalent of a bit under 5500 mpg. That's German efficiency for you.

There will be more rpm per mile than calculated from no load information due to a smaller effective tyre diameter when the bike is loaded and the tyre flattens at the bottom.
