Throttle start voltage needs to be set at 0.9V. There should be also something similar to throttle fault range which can be set to 0.2V. Throttle full voltage is okay at 4.2V

Hey, we don't have BBSHD harness in stock unfortuantely for quite some time now. We are sorry.

If you have a USB device, then you will need controller that is turned on and TX, RX and GND connected, pin 3, 13 and 14/15.

BAC4000 is a perfect match for a QS205. Some people choose BAC8000 over BAC4000 in case they would use bigger motor in the future. Regards

Hey, you could expect about a 60A peak DC draw according to my tests.
