So i went and bought an alligator clip. Unfortunately attaching it to the pins in a satisfactory way is as far as i can tell impossible, the connector is only about 0.5cm wide and the pins is only a few millimeters between, the only clip i could find that would be able to withstand the power...

Been working a lot lately and havent had time to continue on the bike but next week i will go through your suggestions here and continue my troubleshoot! Thanks again guys!

Thanks again! Im gonna get an alligator clip and test it out! Would the automatic pedal assistance work as well? Unfortunately the throttle has been malfunctioning since i got the bike (didnt use it much so didnt bother to fix it). Otherwise im guessing ill have to have a look at it aswell...

I think i might have it laying around so ill check. Looking at the specs online for my old battery it says 48v, and compared to the commonly sold 36v bike i definitely had more power.

yes, sry misswrote. towards the display is correct. Sry for noob question, but what does jumping the cable mean in this context? Should i connect the red and blue pins/cable at the display connector and then measure output to throttle?

I will do some double checking! The cable measured is the one marked as display in the manual, it also seems to match in size and direction. Now following it all the way is harder then it sounds as it goes through (inside) the frame. But i will do my best to check this.

First and foremost! Super thankfull towards you guys! Ive been able to get a bit further and the controller seems to be sending the power on towards the controller. So by looking at the schematics on the manual i was able to find the power cables to the display (it said it should have cables...

Display: I see people suggesting i should measure the power to the display, can i get some guidance on how to measure it? Should i measure from the connector to ground or should i make a cut in the cable and find the red cable inside? Or maybe somehow measure it somewhere near the controller...

Sorry for being unclear and thank you for your help! 1,The battery and controller are connected with two wires (both the old one and new one) red and black cables. I've measured power on the cable on the inside of the controller, meaning the power atleast makes it way there. Havent measured...

Thanks for helping this noob! :) Does the first sentence mean that its made for a 24 or 36v battery? And does it mean it might show the wrong power left in the display? The display is pretty new, like 1-2 month old but it doesnt show the correct power left, havent reallt cared that much about it...

Very much possible, the bike was in a crowded place and everything but the battery (that was forcefully ripped out) atleast looked untouched. Hopefully i can find out whats wrong and exchange the parts thats broken!

My fault, i dont have the full kit just the part that is referred to before the link. Dont know exactly what throttle i have but if it makes a difference i could find out! Thanks alot for the instructions, i will try them out one by one and come back with the results! Edit: red battery cable...

I got battery red cable to controller red cable and black to black. I was told that it might damage the controller and battery if you plug it in the wrong way so haven't dared to switch. Is this a possibility that the controller and battery use different color schemes? display is king-meter...
