Electric Vehicle Celebration Day July 9th

I don't know about a Tesla but I saw my first Nevco Gizmo at the EV Awareness Day five years ago. Fell in love with it at first sight. Took seveal years but I own a year 2000 model now. Number nineteen. I would enjoy attending again. It all depends on my work schedule. Bill

    Portland, OR: Meet and Greet...

Saturday is the bigger of the two days in my opinion. Gates open at ~8:00am. First race last year began around 11:00am. I looked for a race schedule for this year but it has yet to be posted. The HPC is in less than two weeks and the website isn't finished, Wow! Looking forward to seeing your...

    Portland, OR: Meet and Greet...

Phil, would you be able to bring your Twike by Portland International Raceway (PIR) on Memorial Day weekend (May 28-29th). Many of us at OHPV and in the HPV world would enjoy seeing it. Might be a few other veolomobiles showing up. I'm debating on whether I bring mine or not. Bill

    Portland, OR: Meet and Greet...

I'd be happy to bring my velomobile. I have an invitation to attend an Earth Day event up around Seattle but the PSU event is easier to do on a work day. Sun Coaster, please post the link to the new Earth Day topic post

    Warren's 350 MAC mid-drive (finally) recumbent

You got me there, I'd forgot to include that link also. One thing to not for the metric challenged is that the hembrow link is only in metric whereas the web archive link has the ability for bot metric and "Anglo-american units" The hembrow link has more velomobile types to choose from also. Warren's 350 MAC mid-drive (finally) recumbent

I just checked my parts inventory and I have an 18t freewheel and a 60t chain ring. That will get me a 3.33:1 ratio. I'll have to get the e-assist reassembled in the velomobile and give it a try. Bill

    Warren's 350 MAC mid-drive (finally) recumbent

Thanks for posting the flickr set link Warren. I see he was also using a 13/44 combo for a 3.38:1 ratio. Perhaps I should have used a smaller freewheel like you mentioned :D Bill
