It's the same with the BBS02. I suspect a lot of people don't notice the resistance as they're not pedaling that often, and only use the throttle.
I swapped the nylon gear on my unit, and although it improved there's still some resistance. Maybe the added weight of the motor and battery etc...
That's my question, best method to get all 13 series back to same voltage :D
Charge lowest to 4.1 and then charge the battery through the BMS?
A link to my BMS:

Have a 48v 13s4p Sanyo GA battery and 12 of the series are 3.62v and the 13th is 3.58v, the 13th was much lower but used a tp4056 module to get it closer.
Question is should I continue to use the module to get the voltages to match or use the new BMS I fitted to balance the battery? My bms has...
The freewheel in the nylon gear seems to operate normally, only turns one direction.
Only option is to buy new one and see if that works with less resistance?
Can anyone tell me if the Nylon gear should spin when pedalling? Have quite a bit of resistance when pedalling and wonder if this is the problem?
*edit* If i remove the nylon gear/pinion, there's no resistance when i turn cranks, resistance must be from either the bearing/freewheel inside the...
Can you tell me the distance between the left & right side of the inside? Printed a few and they're around 67mm. Which leaves only 2mm for the bars which seems far too tight.
Thanks.
Looking for help with some of the 3d printer settings as I'm a noobie. Using Cura with a CR-10.
Seems these settings are for a different slicer, and just named differently in Cura.
Perimeters - 4
Bottom solid layers - 5
Top solid layers - 6
Thanks for any help.
