Excellent. I have a Sempu in my trike. It isn't a daily rider, but I am getting use and I've been pretty happy so far. I really like being able to use my original crank set.

When I torque down the retaining ring on the axle of the bottom bracket, I notice that it doesn't spin as freely as before tightening it. I'm worried that maybe my bike is slightly larger than the 68mm. Although if it is, it is pretty darn close to 68mm. Is this situation bad? If so, any...
