LVC problem? **E-son Chinese Controller. Opinion Please

I understand....This was the problem and I make up a 48v battery today as you said, and it rode as expected, nice and far again, plus a bit more distance with the few extra watt hours over the previous 36... I cut up the two batteries I was using before into one battery making 3 cells of 18amp...

LVC problem? **E-son Chinese Controller. Opinion Please

Thanks for your input, I will keep this in mind....much appreciated.... Is it as simple as unsoldering and removing the the 43 one? Would that make it use the 15K one? **An Update: I have figured out today that it was indeed 48v resistors not 36v ones...Not by a volt meter though (live in...

Here are close ups of the controller...Looks 48Volt to me...Please tell me if this would be right....

LVC problem? **E-son Chinese Controller. Opinion Please

Here is the pics...I took 4....I now have my suspicions that this is a 48V Controller AND 48V motor NOT a 36 volt as is written on it....Please tell me if I am right...I strongly feel this is a 48 volt controller and motor for several reasons: 1: When I placed the old 36 known volt motor onto...

    eLation 200watt kit (Australia)

I am from Australia. I used to race bikes and spend many a long day training. Being able to have a kit that can take you the same speeds, would be illegal in astralia with the 200W limit. Bit sad they set it so low. 700 W USA limit would have been compelling for me to get a bike for commuting to...

LVC problem? **E-son Chinese Controller. Opinion Please

Ok thanks for your input. It is a 36V controller not 48. So not sure the resistor to use on 36v. (56K?) Would you recommend placing the resistor jumping one end to the other of the parallel one? (the 1502 one, or one of the ones hidden under the redwire if it was say a 1202/1201)

LVC problem? **E-son Chinese Controller. Opinion Please

Ok thank-you sir very much. You are very helpful and you saved me a lot of trouble. I am grateful for your input ...I see this as the best option, makes the most sense to me. Not sure I want to fiddle with the controller because I might do it in... The fourth battery is a 12v motorcycle...

Ok thanks for the info...I had a look, and my one is 17A and the old one is 15A.. So maybe right there is the problem....??

LVC problem? **E-son Chinese Controller. Opinion Please

Good idea you mention about adding another 6 or 12 volt battery...Would I attach this in series, to the already 3 in series (12vx3) that I have? This would make the battery 48 volts I think...But would that blow the controller that is rated at 36 volts? (I do have another 12 volt 7amp SLA, that...

LVC problem? **E-son Chinese Controller. Opinion Please

I need to find a the LVC resistors to lower the voltage a bit because of a problem with high cut off on my new controller. I am not sure where they are. could be in the lower left corner. Any ideas welcome... Thanks...

LVC problem? **E-son Chinese Controller. Opinion Please

I understand...However my battery is already 18 kgs, (about 17 amp) and used to go to work and back 2 times (28km)....Now it is lucky to make a 1 way trip (7km) before it cuts out...So I have a bike that went from going to work and back 2 times, to a bike that I cannot even come back without...
