    Electric "tough bike"

Wasn't it a bit risky to buy such no name sinewave controller? How did you know that it really is sinewave? Was it that, you know now, that this one really is :) Does it's throttle feel the same as kelly controllers?

Battery assembly kit for 18650 cells - first prototype

Why did you have the trouble to make the holder yourself if there is a cheap solution allready? http://www.ebay.com/itm/10pc-Battery-Spacer-2x-18650-Radiating-Shell-EV-Battery-Pack-Plastic-Heat-Holder-/321114233041?pt=Power_Cables_Connectors&hash=item4ac3e658d1

    Car cooling fan bldc motor

This motor did over 5000rpm no load, with 12v supply. So it would be hard to use on a bike as mid drive motor.

    Car cooling fan bldc motor

Removed the windings it was 1,7mm wire with insulation counted in. Every stator teeth had 24 turns of this wire. Copper wire length on one pole was 2330mm https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=24AB5606EA901DFB!568

    Car cooling fan bldc motor

I have this motor installed to my scooter and I have been riding with it. Voltage was 48V. Acceleration and hill climbing was poor but top speed was 45km/h (28mph) like it is allowed here in Estonia. Feels like one thiskind of motor is not enough maybe two or more are needed. But the question is...

    Car cooling fan bldc motor

No controller is not built into the motor but is one replacement part with controller with connection wires. If motor controller fails then you need to replace motor and controller together they are not separately available from dealers. Pictures of controller are possible, but later...

    Motenergy ME1016, $150

maybe the price and from the generator ebay ad: "It has very little cogging torque which means it will provide power with very little water pressure. The magnets are Ceramic and can run at very high temperatures, unlike Neodynium magnets that are only rated for 300-350 F.. This is an...

    GM BLT-800W bench racing

Why are this motor stator laminations not in straight line ? Why are they bended or under an angle like that? I have seen it on some dc brushed fan motors.

    80-100 130kv Rotor off balance?

My motor has exactly the same vibration like in your video (you can hear it in my scooter video). Have you removed the rotor big bearing? My motor witch has now cracks (picture witch circuit posted here) because of that vibration. It is very strange vibration my motors rotor can was perfectly...
