2019 16" moped/scooter tire pop-off: which is the most puncture proof?

Reviving an older thread here- Did anyone try the Schwalbe Moto-X 20x2.35 compared to the rest? I have one on the rear of my edgerunner- I've had no flats, but all the treads are pretty well worn off after about 1000miles. I run a tube with orange sealant in it, and this has actually worked...

GMAC vs MAC and Infineon vs Phaserunner

Just thought I would post a quick followup- I ended up doing the GMAC with a phaserunner and a 60v 17.5ah blue battery with a Sempu BB. This is on an edgerunner in a 20" wheel. So far I love it. The drag from the clutchless GMAC isn't bad at all, in spite of the numbers, in a 20" wheel it...

Safety/protection requirements for 'naked' blue battery

Thanks- I wrapped it in seran wrap, cut pieces of small foam to cover all 6 sides, then again with seran, then covered it all with gorilla tape. Got stuck in some rain the other day, lots of puddles, all good so far.

Safety/protection requirements for 'naked' blue battery

Great thanks- So it's safe to assume that the blue brick packs are not yet waterproofed?

Safety/protection requirements for 'naked' blue battery

Hey All- Looking at lots of different posts here on cases and bags for batteries, one thing I haven't been able to find is what sort of general requirements are considered normal for a blue/naked battery. I was thinking about making a frame from aluminum angle, and possible sides with black...

GMAC vs MAC and Infineon vs Phaserunner

Ok cool, and yeah I did eat through brake pads on my old commute, which was more through the city. I am planning quad piston brakes on this bike for the larger pads if nothing else... That does make the 9c 212 more interesting to me though, less drag then the gmac, only 4lbs heavier and if it...

GMAC vs MAC and Infineon vs Phaserunner

Around 25mph or so, maybe a little faster, but we have less air up here in Denver so that's a little easier than the calculators suggest. I'm not going to loose sleep over +/- 1-2mph though (or +/- a couple lb). My main commute is almost all bike path, so no real stop and go other than about a...

GMAC vs MAC and Infineon vs Phaserunner

Hello all- I'm planning a new build on an edgerunner and was hoping for any feedback here. I've pretty much settled on a MAC or GMAC motor and was looking at the Grin kit vs the EM3V kit vs a bit of each. My priorities are relatively lightweight, would like to have ~1500w acceleration...

    q128c @52 volts?

Do you think the 6T Mac in a 20" wheel would be asking too much for it on a cargo bike? Say maybe 400lbs total at most, and typical more like 320...

    q128c @52 volts?

Hmm yeah- I had a q128c in my radwagon and I could hold 27-28mph on flat ground and show about 300w from the LCD (06)...that's the bike that got stolen. This was about where it reached max rpm, so you couldn't get more than about 300w into it. It doesn't seem possible that I was putting in...

    q128c @52 volts?

Hello- I'm planning to do a "bike like" edgerunner build and am debating motor options. I will need to be able to pick it up and get up 1 flight of stairs (had a bike get stolen locked outside). Anyway I would like to get into that ~28mph sweetspot, in a 20" wheel. I was hoping (maybe...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Looking at doing a build with this motor here in the nearish future, one quick question- If I'm starting a buildup from scratch, what drivetrain would you guys choose? Is there a good IGH for this with wide enough spacing? Or just a 1x10 with derailleur? It seems like something with wider...

    Open a q128c

The Slcd-6 with a S12S controller. I know everything with the controller and display are fine because they drive the q100h without errors. That looks like a good troubleshooting guide though, once I get the replacement Q128C I'll definitely go through that

Need a bigger chain ring need advice..

I put one of these ony radwagon that also has a q128c as well as a q100h on the front...
