Managed to get in contact with them via their AliExpress store and they gave me the tracking number. The BMS was ordered 9/6 and shipped via the Netherlands to arrive in the UK on 6/7

I ordered from https://www.lithiumbatterypcb.com on June 9th but haven't received any status updates, replies to emails or replies to AliExpress messages... Hoping it's a Chinese holiday or something, but a bit worrying I can't get in contact with them!
