I had the same problem. Check here https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=80198 There is a voltage divider at the input. If the solder joints are bad and add resistance or the resistors themselves are off or something else is wrong in this area you get strange voltages.

I figured it out since then. The voltage dividers to sense the BEMF voltage didn't make proper connection. They are to be found at R23/24/26/2732/33 Might help somebody in the future?

Environmental interference is what I thought at one stage as well. I usually build things at my local hackspace. I took it home, that's about 15km as the crow fly's. Same thing there. I'm out of ideas, that is why I ask here.
