DENGFU E10 blue

hi

it is not a ZEB. it is an SUNTOUR durolux set to 160mm travel, in line with rear 215x60 (+- 163 travel). As currently i ride with 27.5 rear and 29 front, i looking for an 216x63 spring schock

Anybody have any experience with the dropper that Dengfu can supply for the E10?

Can anyone help me with the parts and steps I need to do so I can fit a 216x62.5 (8.5"x2.5") I know many people have done and they just shave down the yoke, but where would I be able to source a replacement yoke, or is their an after market yoke I can source for the E10v2 Frame that would allow me to replace my current yoke and keep everything fit together? The only website I can find to source a yoke was Carson City Bike Shop
But they only have specialized yokes and no Dengfu yokes. I assume the brand doesn't matter as long as the Yoke specs match my frame. Please if anyone on this forum can help me so I can match my rear suspension travel to my 170mm front fork that would be greatly appreciated. Here is a photo of my bike so far. I just got my Fox 38 Factory EMTB Tuned Kashima 170mm Boost Fork, and I want to order the 216x62.5mm Rear shock while some are still available or on sale, but I am not sure how much needs to be shaved off the yoke, and if I mess the yoke up where I can source a replacement. Thanks to everyone and anyone who answers.

Chris

Bike came with SRAM Rockshox Yari RC 160mm and rear 210x55mm Select+ Rear shock, which are honestly really crappy suspension. It could be worse, but I am finally getting around to replacing my Fork and need to replace the rear shock. I have found the right shock, but I need help sourcing a replacement yoke incase I take too much off of it or mess things up like that. Thanks again.

What's the "yoke" you're referring to? Knowing which specific part of the bike you want to modify, we may be able to suggest things

Dengfu E10v2 Frame, I know I need a 2mm offset Bushing and to shave around 4mm off my yoke, runs 8mm Bolts I think I read, but I don't run MX setup I am running 27.5 all around on medium frame. I want to order the Float X2 so I can get everything installed going have a bike shop install it, but I want to make sure i get the right parts. Was going to go with Cane Creek Hellbend 70 Headset, I am will be running 170mm Fox factory 38 Fork with 44 offset, I didn't know if I could buy a replacement yoke incase I take to much off or if the Yoke gets damaged when removing 4mm's off it to fit the 216x62.5 or 8.5"x25" rear shock, everyone running the 216x62.5 seems to be running a 29" wheel up front and I want to stick with 27.5 all around. I read @Thaber I think the name fit the 216x63 using the 2mm offset bushing in front and shaving the yoke. But I know he runs MX setup. I'm not doing to wild of stuff, but I need more travel and want to try to keep the travel 170/170. Was hoping to aquire a back up yoke for Dengfu E10v2 to see how much I can take off without reducing its strength to much. Last thing I want is for the the shock to crash into the seat tube, so the more clearance I can get the better. I have the money to pull the trigger on the 216x62.5 FOX Float X2 which is on super sale in that size and it should from my reading give me perfect 170x170 travel. I don't wouldn't mind going to 170mm front and 160mm rear but can't find any rear shock in a size that would give me that. I am having bike shop do the work, and they don't seem to be engineers, and I don't want to damage the frame. I took screenshots of all photos of shaved Yoke, and what offset bushings I need, but I don't know where to aquire offset bushings and if the Cane Creek hell bend 70 Headset is the right choice or if I should run a slackerized headset to keep geometry similar to what I had with 160 fork and 150 in rear. But I am no engineer and am a little lost On what I am doing, I've read every post on the Suspension forums. Only to see everyone is running MX or 29ers all around. Hoping the 216x62.5 would be ok on 27.5 front and rear?

I have also increase length of remote and power supply wire, perform 2 holes on lower battery support to evacuate water infiltration, stalled the battery in its housing and add alloly plate to avoid to lose it. I do not see other potential problem who necessitate modifications ?
Your running 215x60? I thought you were running 216x63?
