    Ok just run two sets of hall sensors on a multi vented side covers 27mm @ 100v 23amp controller or more with a temp monitor. Maybe 50amp . Cheap and meant to melt. Go cowboy !

    Chalo if I used screw tops it would weigh twice as much and twice the size. And wouldn't fit. I love my A123 20ah cells. Just needs to be half the size half the weight.

    That's a great cell with good history. 57ah should have a lot of headroom still depends on your controller and it's demands as everything has it's limits. A split pack makes sense fitting in a motorcycle. Make a cardboard box as two 12s and see. 16in. is not to big ? What motor and controller ?
