XH-18 display with TSDZ2 running OSF - My build

Originally I had a kit with stock controller, new version, so no OSF possible. I bought an old version controller from China and flashed it with OSF, using stock display VLCD5, which worked great. However, the reliability of VLCD5 is questionable, so after a few crashes, the internal spring...

    Some tsdz2b can't be flashed?

I have seen somewhere people saying that there is a version of tsdz2b firmware can't be flashed. I have tried two ST-link, both of which are clone, but one is used successfully on a 3d printer. I am suspecting that my tsdz2b can't be flashed. Is there a way around this? Thanks in advance.

Do I have to build OSF with VLCD5(stock display) myself?

I have searched everywhere but I can only see OSF source code. Building it is possble but can someone upload a hex file to make life easier? Or we have to build it ourselves to customize things? Sorry, this might be a simple question but I spent too much time searchng and it leads nowhere.

Is kt36 controller safe with 48v battey

Hi guys, Tried searching but no results. Is it safe to do so? My ebike is 36v 350w hub drive with kt36zwsr controller and kt-lcd5 display. Now I have a 48v 15ah battery and want to mix batteries. It appears that kt-lcd5 can sense the voltage but I am not sure. Thanks in advance.

If you have mounted your downtube battery upside down, this might help~

I wasn't able to find enough space for a battery on my full suspension bike, so I bought a mounting plate from ebay however it doesn't help. Eventually I decided to open the battery base to drill holes on it. And that is how it goes. I don't like the original mounting holes as they are all on...

    experiment 36v battery on 48v 13A TSDZ2 kit.

For experiment purposes, I fully charged my 36V battery today, it read 42V. And I connected it to my 48V kit, the display showed only one bar battery, which is expected. However, interestingly, when I push the throttle, and lift the wheel in the air, it goes up to 40km/h and cuts off/on to...

New member here, first question: 48V TSDZ2 kit on 36 Battery?

Hello guys, I am new to e-biking and this forum. I recently purchase a 48V 350W TSDZ2 with VLCD5 kit and read a lot about it here but couldn't find the answers I am looking for. What I am trying to do is to use this kit on my dual suspension MTB, to pair with a 36V 13ah battery I have...
