    I don't think its the charger cause the cells the been in my pack the longest read within .01 of each other when charging the highest the whole pack voltage i seen on charging was 86.7 and it shuts off due to the Bms reaching its HVC for the cells that are messed up they reach 3.9v

    Fuses on 72v SLA system

    i recommend you get like a 60 amp fuse it will give some head room so you fuses dont blow ive been there with the 72v Sla pack and ive never blown a fuse i still have a few left over when i had Sla battery.

    That basically sounds like you cut the loses through going up the wire gauge on the extended side which you could of had am i right ?
