    bulk charging 8 5000mAh 6S Lipo Pack's

    If I purchased two MeanWell 500W 24VDC power supplies and ran them is series how long would it take to bulk charge 8 5000mAh 6S Lipo Pack's(44v 20ah) ? I also have a 500w antec pc power supply sitting around, aprox how long would it take to bulk charge these cells if I were to modify it...

    Hyperion 606i sufficient?

    I was thinking of running the packs as a 44.4 V 20ah pack. If in theory I had a power supply/charger that was rated at 1000watts and 45 volts would this mean I could charge the whole pack in an hour or would this type of extreme voltage cook the lipo's? Would it take aprox 2 hours to charge...
