    Thanks, don't know if its geared or not, would assume not as its a cheap bike and a 12inch wheel. Also reluctant to change the hub motor as the wheel is cast not spoked.     Thanks bobc i think il get one made and see. Its so much neater than a second pair of sprockets and a shaft. Unfortunately the build is going to have to wait a few months yet after a bad few months financially but at least i have almost everything planned now.
