    Ever use a Thunder 1220 to discharge/store?

I cannot find any information regarding using a Thunder 1220 in regards to discharging or storage charging/discharging a battery. I am trying to discharge a Li NMC pack to 3.5V/cell but in discharge mode the charger only reads 0.81A (even though I have it set to 5.0A). I also tried the storage...

Help, Enerdel 12S pack fully depleted

I have an Enerdel 12S pack I bought from forum member Major a year or two back. It has been a great battery! Over the summer I stupidly left my two Celllog 8S's plugged in. The battery is totally drained. The cells are reading less than 0.5V on my Thunder 1220 that I have been using to...

agniusm has done a really nice job enabling reasonable pack builds using the AMP20M1HD-A cells. I am wondering if there are similar "kits" or easily repeatable reliable designs to build packs with raw (non-tabbed) 18650 or 26650 cells? Tom

    Go kart project advice

I have a chassis (see pic) and want to turn it into an electric kart over the winter. I am just getting started, have read a bunch and talked with friends but am looking for as much input as possible. I would like it to be switch selectable to go at a slower speed (<15, say) for my 10 yr old...
