    GNG 400W Pulsates

    Have a GNG gear type 400W installed on a 7 speed. Just got it wired up and tested today. At low speed, motor pulsates under load or acceleration when cranking the throttle. About a 1-2 second pulse, on, then off, on again, etc. Handles at 1/2 to top speed smoothly with 22 mph being the limit...
