    I think it's worth paying a bit more and getting the lower end Haibike full suspension for the benefits of the mid-drive. Based on what? There are likely benefits with mid-drive, but looks and simplicity are not among them. And, 25% is more than a bit on $$$.

    The batteries are 4.4 lithium ions and the BMS I guess would be clean republics. I bought original kit from clean republic and then an extra battery from them. Each battery, of course has its own charging plug. I just charge one up now, then move charger on to other one and charge it.

If that is the case, wonder if a battery mfg. would bundle them in a custom size instead of their normal "brick" size.
