    Qulbix Raptor 140

Last time I needed an extra to mill down I had to order from Qulbix. Shipping is a bit expensive so you might grab any other nick nack parts you think you might need at the same time.

Stealth FUTR owners builds and pics

It got a payload too... it was awesome pulling my son around the park. I am a big guy so with me, my pack, gear, tow bar, my son and his bike, and the Alpha itself, I bet that motor was pulling 450 to 475 lbs. The last one was before my son and I climbed Mt. Washburn (seen waaay in the...

Stealth FUTR owners builds and pics

And here's what happened to the old one! I was in Yellowstone with nothing to ride and a sad sad look on my face. Rix sensed something wasn't right in the world, called me on the Batphone and flew across state lines to restore eBike riding happiness. In reality, we both spent the better part...

Hey Steven, could you share the corrected layout? I'm kindness of curious as I never got around to welding the layout I posted a while back.

The BEST and FIRST Qulbix Raptor mid-drive build!

Were those 3 prototype hubs all for the swingarm mount? I thought one of them was a 165mm for my bottom bracket drive but my memory could be failing me here. Thanks!

John, don't forget about the nuts on the inside of the frame. Your lipo pack picture looks like it will rub. I'd do something solid inside to keep them away from those nuts (like plywood or thick hard plastic).

Ok. That dropout is 165mm though isn't it?

Thanks! Can you add the adapter with my hub for the swing arm drive kit? Also, do you have that beefy rear hub ready for the bottom bracket drive or should I just go grab a generic Hope rear hub and lace that to the 19" moto wheel I have waiting for it?

The BEST and FIRST Qulbix Raptor mid-drive build!

Hi MIke, will I need this caliper spacer on both my Raptors or just the one with the swingarm mount? Can I use the hubs/wheel interchangeably between the two bikes or will they not work with alignment?

19" Motorcycle Wheels vs 26" Bicycle Wheels (rim and tires)

Bucahanan for Custom Spokes. Also, Holmes Hobbies has some standardized sizes. I usually go for their wheel spoke combo but you might have to order custom from Buchanan (or some other place) for your wheel.

Chalo has a point. He's built a bunch for me. But I still irrationally love the moto wheels Chalo!!! :D

He's ok. I got an email from him a few days ago. He probably got behind on emails, "including his forum notifications."

19" Motorcycle Wheels vs 26" Bicycle Wheels (rim and tires)

LightningRods and I are trying to sort out spokes for his new hub, laced into a Holmes 19" moto wheel. I'm hoping the experts in this thread can help sort out the measurements Buchanan's needs. Mike, can you post up the required measurements of the hub?

Compact Field Oriented Controller, ASI + Grin, limited run

What's happening with Phaserunner these days. A Mark III version coming out in the next production run? I'd still like to see and officially tuned XML file from Grin for Lightning Rods Big Block and MXUS 3000 motors. Cheers, Jason

Maybe leave it in case you have a problem with one of the BMS banks. If so, you can move your 4s wires down one bank on the BMS and use setting is BMS setup to skip that bank. ...unless you don't have room for the whole BMS then Dremel away! :)
