    Here is an update: I set the Poles to 5 (they times it by 2) I am guessing there are at least 10-12 metal poles I also set the current to 30.00 and it found hall angle 65 - and it passed the Hall test! it fails on any current < than 30. but now I can get 5000 rpm's when I test normal throttle.
