    I got to add that I can actually hear some sound when I listen closely and just move the motor around by hand. It sounds like it comes from the blue gears, which is confusing because the look totally fine.

    Cycle Analyst shows completely wrong temp and powers motor without throttle input (partly solved)

    Solved half of the problem by just resetting the cycle analyst. Everything worked fine except the temp sensor, which still shows absurd numbers.

    In the cycle analysts diagnostic display, it says: In 0.85 (up to 4.24 by twisting the throttle. Out 1.29 (constant, but varies if I plug in the motor and apply throttle).

    I forgot to add that the cycle analyst seems to have no problem with the throttle. When I look in the settings, the throttle control seems to be working perfectly. Also, the throttle figure in the home screen shows normal behaviour.

    Yes, but no. There is noise from both the motor and the chain/belt-drive. About 50/50 I would say. That sur-ron motor screams compared to a typical direct drive hub motor. It is the difference between normal people staring at your bike or not.

    Imho the Sur-Ron, even with belt-drive, is too loud. It is strange that the motor makes such a whining sound. A direct drive hub motor used as a mid-drive seems to be a better solution. The cyberbike or the vector vortex for example are almost completely silent.
