TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

My first try would be: Disconnect the batteries, swich on for discharging the system, replug batteries , swich on and dont touch the pedals for 5 seconds. Second, please check Motor ands Batterie parameters in the setup, Try to make a test drive with a few minutes with a intermediate...

Found it :-) For people who dont find: It is behind the highest support mode (9 in standard config) For me 9-10 is the best value for E-MTB sensivity.

Sorry, then I have some questions with the modes: Should I only enable one mode in the configuration? If so, what will happen if I will enable two different modes? If not, How to change from mainscreen? I did not find the method to swich! Regarding MTB Mode: just to ned to put on the...

I installed 0.20Beta1 Yesterday from Github Did cadence sensor calibration / advance mode during setup, My cadence is shown OK, a little bit flickering up and down ( +/- 2) Was working fine on first test drive, working very smooth and nice! Was a little confused by the changed...

    I am not good in programming but I found following formular: 95.5 * (1/0.637) = 150 ... Shouldn't it be 95.5*0.637=60.8 instead , (I rounded from 0.637 to 0.5 , *100 , so find good corelation then ?

Sorry, in my opinion, by doing these tests, you add a lot of uncertain factors: weight, steepness of road, speed, lost in the drive, lost of tires. Î did mesurments with a analog torque wrench, diretly on the axle . they where good repeatable would guess 10% error, see below. When...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

For me this is the only reliable way to calculate the expected range while riding. I have a battery with a quite high resistance (> 200 mOhm ) When I look at the current while I am standing still after a ride it is slowly going up during the first one or two in the range of 0.4V My...

Hi, if you mean the backwards (forward) counting of the battery mW , then I can say that I am a fan of this feature and I use it regulary! For me one of the highlights :-)

Yes,you are right There might be a bug in the calculation!! In my setup, at a cadence of maybe 90 it takes about (feeling) 20 Seconds to climnb from 70 to 89. Zero is reached in one second , when stoping pedealing, when I start agaín (feels like 80 to 85) it is starting with 50,then...

Hi, I made mesurments with input by an old style analog torque wrench and the values shown at menue 9.2 Input Value 9.2 0 Nm 50 10 Nm 60 20 Nm 69 30 Nm 78 40 Nm 91 50 Nm (98) maybe not fuly correct I hope this helps to improve the calculation of...

I think the function is implemented in the setup menue under item 7.2 Curent ramp up per second . Standard is 5, can be set up to 10. I would like to set it up to 12-15 if you ask me.

Hi, I have installed 19.8 on 36V motor and battrie Thank you for this!!! - I like the new button logic. - The change from road mode to offroad mode I cannot real understand, because it is not logical to for me to swich to road mode through a button code. It is running well in my opinion...

I like to have a good torque with low candence too, to pass crossings and pass mud holes you dont expect. Then I start below 50 cadence and enjoy / need the power. Just my two cents

Hi, I had some requests regarding error blinking 1 and I have asked ho to make it better for me, because I sometimes got stucked on steep sections. But frankly spoke, I just swiched off the setting to power on without pedal rotation and I was suprized how fast the power came in the...

I am holding the brakes, (Old Hydraulic Hayes 9 DH breakes with 200 disks, but not compatible to sensor) of course! But my foot is just resting on the pedal without pushing. Thats why I am asking for a threshold!

Sorry to say, but I am on last stable (18.2) comming from 10.x but this funktion as it is in 18.2 may make the bike more save for some riders with high power but is not nice with my way of riding. I never felt unsafe with older versions. What do you think about my ideas for...

As I understand it, it is a safty feature for- -Saving the blue gear , specaly on high volltage , one may damage the gear when standing on the pedal and holding the bike with the brakes - when you have a crash, and a pedal may hang somewhere and the motor is pushing against this...

Hi, Regarding Blinking 1, I see the use of it , but also feel the problem in traffic light, or when you just stop and talk with friends, My saddle is quite high, so my foot is restng on the pedal when I stop. I am wondering if it is possible to - have a threshhold for torque before...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I have installed 18.2 on a 36 V motor, The 48 V Option is NOT working on a 36 V engine with 36V batterie. Option 2 Running well if you are a fan of high cardence. Option 1 is prefect for me would guiess to have Support until 90 . Regards Dirk

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Hi, during Easter Holyday I was using my bike with engine swiched to 0 for several kilometers over one week. For going into the Hills around Garda I used the support of course, but for the rides along the lake I was riding very well with 0 support. In my opinion, the efect of a poor...

Hi, could it be that you stand on the pedal while waiting? I think there is a timeout of 5s (10s at 19.6 ) leading to this.
