I think there must be another communication port for the battery. I thought most modern batteries had firmware which monitored the health of cells, number of cycles etc and communicated this to the controller and/or display. Is there no other free port somehwere?
I'm thinking I might buy a frame from Dengfu and get the other components seperately. Does your bike look like it fits the standard M600 bafang battery https://www.bafang-e.com/en/components/component/battery/bt-f04600.html? Or is it a custom battery? Thanks
