    surron controller is programed to speed throttle, you cannot change it. It also bothered me a bit at first, but I got used to it. When I want to start slower and not at full power, I just turn the throttle gradually.

    Hi, I looked at the diagram and you will have always enabled gate driver ? How you will turn off both fets Hi and Low side ? GaN is hard to keep cool. You cannot use Aluminium PCB so you can mount only heatsing on them, or run them many in paralel for extending the loss over a larger area.
