    To test if it’s the Bms,just do a temp bypass and see if that works.My Bms went out while on a ride and had to push home.It did a variety of odd things when it went out.One was it wouldn’t go into charge mode with the charger, charger would blink like the battery was below lvc .

    I’ve had it open as Luna wanted me to do the Bms mod to check if that was the cause (B16) but no difference,also with the small plug unplugged nothing works or with it plugged in.

    My Bms is what went bad,it won’t charge or run the motor but on the battery rails I get 57v and 38 percent on the battery gauge.Luna wants me to send it to them for repair,but I live on a island in Hawaii so it’s more complicated to ship surface.About 1000 miles of narly off-road over 9 months.

    Where to get replacement battery: My battery died,shows 37 percent on the battery but only 27v at the output.Where are replacement batteries available.Luna is out of stock.

    Anyone change their rear shock spring to a 500lb rate,stock is 450.At 165lb Rider weight my spring is to soft and adding more pre comp is not a solution.Springs that fit are rare.Fox makes one but it’s 8.25 long and we need 7.6 long.

    Yea,went with the 27.5 but don’t plan on going with a 21 inch front .For my weight 165lbs the stock spring with 30% sag(1inch) was in the ball park so will try it for awhile.It stays in the upper range of travel and haven’t bottomed out yet.Small bump performance is excellent .Hope to have the...

    I ride off-road every weekend,it does beat you up a bit but builds muscle.I changed my rear shock to a Fox DHX2 which helped the backend to behave( less pain,better traction)Also have a set of Fox 40 forks on the way( Rst Killah fork killahs my back).Its a lot of fun passing gas bikes on the trail!

    Er-224 trouble code says(number of flashs22,sidestand protection,solution :auto recovery.The other codes don’t follow the Surron trouble code manual.

    Gear ratio’s:What’s yours. My setup All chain sprockets. 13/34 = 2.61on the motor,13/55 =4.23 on the rear ,2.61x4.23=11.04 final reduction.Good for about 32/35 mph.

    New primary drive gearing:Stock is 13/30, my new gear is 34t.Rear wheel has a 55t.About 35 mph top speed but holds more speed on steep hills.

    I found my HDPE skid plate was easy to install,have 450 miles of hard Kauai off-roading and stump jumping with out problem,would never go back to metal.
