    Help please! I have a QS 205 v3 motor paired with a SVMC 72200 Sabvoton powered by a 72v 50ah 300a continuous BMS.

    Do not work on these batteries if you don't know what you are doing. I tried to separate the bad group of cells that was causing my problem, a spark happened, then a cell exploded, then all hell broke loose. I lost everything.

    I charged the pack to 83.9 (even though my lcd screen showed 84.7). Where before I was seeing 8v difference between each of the groups, now half are at 8.5v and the other at 8.4v difference.     When folks are doing maintenance on their battery pack, how do they get the groups back in sync if they are out? Do I unplug the wires from the bms and try to charge one group at a time? I have so much to learn.

    I unwrapped the pack, now I’m not so sure any of the batteries were damaged. I’m not sure what to do now, do I break down the battery pack even more? How do I test the cells individually?

    I took a closer look and it does appear that a metal casing is punctured. I tested it and it’s positive, not ground.

    Ok, got the battery out, I see damage around the edges, can anyone tell if it got into the cells or not? The pack has a blue shrink wrap around it, is it OK to cut it away to see the insides?

    No difference with the plug plugged. No mph, trip odometer, I can still change the assist 0-5, but I can’t tell it’s doing anything. What is it supposed to do anyway lol? I figured it would make peddling easier with the different numbers but don’t know for sure.

    I connected a plug with three wires on it, black green and yellow. On the other end of the plug the black wire turns to brown. The only bt device that shows up is the MQCON. However when I have this plugged in it cuts off connectivity to use the app.

    I have attached a photo of the display, where would I find the bms? I think he said it was wrapped into the battery pack. I’m not sure what cable is needed to go to the controller. I do have the app that I connect through Bluetooth, does it do the same thing?
