    Powervelocity 12F controller problem.

36-42V is pretty right on the money for a higher power VESC, providing you need it for less than 40A continuous, I would definitely go with a V6 ZESC, TB6, Stormcore single, makerx mini FOC plus or a maytech 200A. They're all pretty small and installation should be a drop in for your...

    Battery Pack Design

If you've never build a battery pack before, I suggest you start with something smaller than a 32s15p since a failure in that pack will mean certain destruction of the pack and probably whole bike. Parallel carry capacity is generally done using nickel sheet or copper sheet and series...

Useable Displays/Analysts for Sabvoton 72150 controller

Im going to assume you don't want this http://www.sabvoton.net/lcd/H6-TFT-LCD-Display.html, so you'll have to figure out your own system to collect and display information using an arduino to interpret UART/CAN messages and displaying them on a 6" LCD screen.

Corroding or overheating wires? Advice needed.

Is it under warranty? The Sabvoton/Votol/Kelly's have a high DOA or DOA within 100km rate and its really just luck of the draw. Some people get 100,000km out of them no problem.

Hey Eric, I'm about to do a Kawasaki Ninja 400 conversion so I'm in the same shoes as you regarding the speed controller, Im not entirely sure about links on this forum but this link from esk8 forum better explains Rion (The scooter company) is currently developing a 36-150v 550/250 Phase amp...
