    I tried a new tyre setup more suitable for on/off road. I got a couple of Shinko 241. Just few miles on it but first impession is very good; they stik very well on both street and hard pack trails.

    Are you sure to have got an updated 3D model of the QS 138 ? As far as I know it come with a dedicated bracket on top. You really don't need 6 bolts for side to have it bolted to the frame. I have just two bolts: one fixed and one on slotted to manage the belt tension. Quite easy...

    I would try to go with a slotted design to tension the belt. I'm not a fan of tensioner pulleys. They tend to loose over the time. Without the pulley you can also end up with a more compact design.

    Usually for this application HTD 8M belts work just fine and are easy to find. Take a look to CONTITECH catalogue. They have several extremely strong heavy duty type.

    how can be logic that in first gear the WFR reach 117 km/h ??? :lol: Your calculation of the WFR are wrong - you need to multiply (not jut add) the gear ratios - You'll end up with approx 815 Nm in first gear. Believe or not, anything less than 500 Nm will not make your bike funny to drive

    Battery amp and controllers

    does the rear motor work ? If so the battery is ok and the problem is either on the throttle wiring or on the controller of the front motor. You should use a pre-charge circuit to power it to avoid any damage.
