    Is dependant of amps of controller. Battery max current needs to be chosen in regard to controller current.

    my first check is measuring all cell voltages if they are in range 3-4.2V. Measuring single cell voltages at the input of BMS. BMS in the second picture looks as if some soldering lead where it should not be.

    One throttle wiring two controllers on two batteries

    from my perspective I would say 3) (5V,GND,SIGNAL) (GND,SIGNAL) is safest and should work best. 1) could blow one controller and 2) is missing ground is unlikely to work
