    first post i recieved my gs8 scooter 24 days ago and today on my ride the rear hub locked up on me now no power to the motor ,now i can spin it with my hand but still no power but it feels as if the motor has magnets draging or rolls very ruff .where do i start to fix sny help would be very much...
