    Hi, Can you please tell me what PAS sensor I need for this controller. It's a sican industry controller. I think the PAS plug is in my photo I've posted BUT I don't know what PAS sensor will fit it. I've tried KT but that didn't work.

    Managed to fix it - it was 1N4148 zener diode on the throttle schematic above. Was reading 1.3oHms when it should be 0.51kOhms. Swapped out for a good zener diode and throttle & controller works as should now.

    Good news and not as good. It's working however it feel like it's in limp mode or it has a speed limit on it 10 mph max. No LCD connected just red and blue lines from LCD connector on controller. Any idea what that could be ?

    There is actually space they made for a second resistor "63B" So adding exactly the same resistor pulls down to the following voltages now. Left to right 16v 17v 40.5V Is that still ever so slightly too high ?

    Quoted op is for 48v batt but I doubled checked and can use 52v batt. Fets are good to 72v Caps 63v. Adding a bigger resistor of the correct amount in place of C63 or adding one in series maybe ? I have some spare C63 resistors here if that can help anything.
