    Well mr Mongo :) When using this open source firmware it is possible to "unlock" the original bafang controller and go higher than 24amps max current? It is then possible to up the current to 30max current and above? While using the original controller?

    This is actually another bike :) UPP is the triangle battery right? I think I have gotten to a solution which is more towards this direction now. Only thing was I liked this fat bastard of a battery, because it has high AH. But the triangle batteries fits in that hole better.

    Yeah I might have gotten hold of one today. That is my thinking too. Build right from the start. Put some extra time into things that is a headache or an annoyance. And it usually don't bite you later. That always works for me. But now I am a bit restless :)

    I meant more grind on the upper tube kind of. I mean grind on the top tube of the bike. To make some space. But maybe a stupid idea ?

    So this oil ring was a bit damaged when I opened the motor to fix some stuff. It sits at the outer end of the axle and keeps the two retaining axle nuts in place. Any idea if this has to be flawless(Or do I need to buy a new one) or is it ok if it is a bit damaged like this one? See pictures...

    Keep the front derailleur for bbs02?

    Do you guys normally keep this front derailleur metal-thing on the bike when converting to bbs02? Or do you remove it completely? Or keep it as an extra safety for the chain or something? Pros, cons?

    I don't think it is a brainpower controller. It is a KT controller configured like these images shown below here. Maybe I need to order a controller with self learning lines for all of this to work though?

    Yeah mine is bigger. So I will have to have that one on the outside. It is a KT controller of 30amp. So I want to push more watts into the motor basically. Making it stronger. Seems like a fun project since I only have a 500 watt controller in this BBs-motor. So plan to switch it up.

    I am thinking about inserting the cables where the old cables, from the old controller, went out of the controller kind of. But you mean a totally new rectangle-hole correct? Not where the old wires went out?

    Kind of like he does in the grin video about the hall sensors, correct? Just put in the ss41s: Yeah, that is my thinking too. How the heck do I insert the new wires there for the halls.. :)
