Hi mate, my bike size is large. With VLCD13 you probably need to flash the display as well.

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Thanks for the response. I guess there is nothing I can do as I don't want to replace it yet.

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Hi mate, thanks for your great work to bring OSF to this amazing conversion kit. Do you have any idea why my XH18 display keeps resetting the odemeter to previous reading? For instance, if I start riding at 4km, after rding 20km, and power off the motor, the next time I power it up, the reading...

XH-18 display with TSDZ2 running OSF - My build

Originally I had a kit with stock controller, new version, so no OSF possible. I bought an old version controller from China and flashed it with OSF, using stock display VLCD5, which worked great. However, the reliability of VLCD5 is questionable, so after a few crashes, the internal spring...

    STlink v2 doesn't connect

new version of TSDZ2 controlers have different microcontrollers, so stlink won't connect. I bought an old version controller to run OSF.

    Hardware temperature control tsdz2

All Australian sold TSDZ2s (ebay and etc), if I am not wrong, are new version with new controllers due to legal restrictions, not ST chips anymore. So there is no way to use OSF. I bought an old version controller from China (old stock) and swapped it in. Now I am running OSF with VLCD5, which...

    TSDZ2 48v 2020 new firmware

Looks like opensource firmware for tsdz2 version 2 is a dead end now? Hmm, maybe the best is to source a old version controller from China or somewhere else?

    Some tsdz2b can't be flashed?

I have seen somewhere people saying that there is a version of tsdz2b firmware can't be flashed. I have tried two ST-link, both of which are clone, but one is used successfully on a 3d printer. I am suspecting that my tsdz2b can't be flashed. Is there a way around this? Thanks in advance.

Is kt36 controller safe with 48v battey

yes. Display usually set up the controller. I hope by sensing the voltage, the display will set up the controller accordingly.

Is kt36 controller safe with 48v battey

Yeah. I think the LCD5 detects the voltage and set up the controller accordingly. But anyway, I can read the voltage on the display to see if it falls too low. Thanks for your help!

    STlink v2 doesn't connect

It looks fine. All drivers installed and I can see it in the device management. I have also made the cables very short. However it alwasy says so: (API) ERROR : Cannot communicate with the device ! Check the SWIM cable connection and check all the needed pin connections on the SWIM connector...

Is kt36 controller safe with 48v battey

As Docw009 said here, I believe that the KT LCD5 manual does say that it sense the voltage therefore LVC is not an issue but the component voltage limit is realy a concern.

Do I have to build OSF with VLCD5(stock display) myself?

I have searched everywhere but I can only see OSF source code. Building it is possble but can someone upload a hex file to make life easier? Or we have to build it ourselves to customize things? Sorry, this might be a simple question but I spent too much time searchng and it leads nowhere.

Is kt36 controller safe with 48v battey

Hi guys, Tried searching but no results. Is it safe to do so? My ebike is 36v 350w hub drive with kt36zwsr controller and kt-lcd5 display. Now I have a 48v 15ah battery and want to mix batteries. It appears that kt-lcd5 can sense the voltage but I am not sure. Thanks in advance.
